Israeli Air Force Aircraft Target Smuggling and Terror Tunnels in the Gaza Strip

Overnight, Israeli Air Force (IAF) aircraft targeted three smuggling tunnels in the southern Gaza Strip, and a terror tunnel in the northern Gaza Strip. Direct hits were confirmed.

The terror tunnels were targeted in response to the firing of an anti-tank missile at Israeli territory.

The IDF will not allow the Israeli southern communities to continue living under constant threat, and will continue to respond with determination to any attempt to use terror against the citizens of Israel. The IDF holds the Hamas terrorist organization solely responsible for any terrorist activity emanating from the Gaza Strip.
