In November 2011, there was a decrease in the number of terrorist attacks carried out against Israel - 44, compared to 80 in October.

The data was compiled by the Israel Security Agency.

In November, 11 attacks originated in the Gaza Strip, compared to 46 in October.

In the Judea and Samaria region and Jerusalem, the number of attacks dropped slightly to 33 in November, from 34 in October. All of the attacks in the Judea and Samaria region and Jerusalem involved the throwing of Molotov cocktails.

In November, nine rockets and one mortar were fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip, compared to 52 rockets and six mortars in October.
