Turkey sending $850,000 in aid to Gaza to help with energy needs

Turkey announced Wednesday that it was sending $850,000 in aid to the Gaza Strip to help the Hamas-ruled territory with its energy needs, Turkish daily┬áToday's Zaman┬áreported.
In addition, Ankara will provide the Strip with 10 tons of flour, according to the report.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that the financial aid would help supply energy to hospitals and sewage plants in Gaza.
