Not that this is a new revelation Samara, but your article on the Women's Rights Body simply reconfirms the uselessness of the United Nations. The United States would do well to kick this institution out of the country, demand all financial debts be paid - tickets, etc. and quit the UN. They can then turn the building into low-income housing with rent to own contracts for employed people.
