When push came to shove....
Reader comment on: Kissinger's Revelations

When it mattered the most, Nixon came through for Israel, in the 1973 war. I have two wall posters printed by the city of Jerusalem welcoming Nixon to the city, calling him a "True friend of our country" in honor of his 1974 visit.
What can one say about Kissinger? What is foreign policy for, if not to expand freedom to all? America has a special mission in the world which Kissinger fails to see.
