In spite of the 2009 $7.5 billion aid package for Pakistan legislation stipulating regular assessment of whether any money is spend directly or indirectly on Pakistan's nuclear program, Pakistan's deployed nuclear weapons are estimated to have cross 100, and there has been an increase in plutonium production according to some reports.
