If in the year 2000 two- thirds of the Israeli Arab population would support enemies of Israel in their war against the Jewish state then eleven years later that number is undoubtedly higher. This suggests that there should ever be a peace agreement between Israel and Palestinian Arabs , Israel should do everything possible to have its Arab minority population belong to the Arab political entity and not the Jewish state. This should be a primary aim of negotiations.
