My Answer is a Big Yes, because his policies de-stabilized the Middle East into a worse Cauldron than it was by enabling the Muslim Brotherhood to have more control in the regions. Egypt and Hosni Mubarak kept some semblance of stability in the land especially for Israel. The US is also less safe because of appeasement strategies toward Iran and they very close to gaining the capability to attack all nations including hit the shores of the US with a Nuclear weapon, or possibly firing off an EMP from a ship. Look at the civil war and deaths resulting from Obama's so called Democracy movement...Its anything but, and Look at OWS who's goals are to cause chaos and destruction of property.
