Reader comment on: We Can Have Peace in the Holy Land
in response to reader comment: What, Carter again?

So Jimmy Carter ( ex peanut farmer ) thinks he knows and understands the Middle East and all its complexities. If this is true, then why is it so difficult to realise that the so called Apartheid Wall has prevented Muslim suicide bombers from blowing up Israeli/Jewish citizens sitting in seaside restaurants, cafes, coffee houses etc. enjoying the fruits of a progressive, modern. secular, democratic society? Only blind hatred, jealousy or emotional blackmail can twist ones mind so much. One wonders who is paying him to say or write utter lies? Maybe the answer lies in the Democratic (left wing ) Party which has gone socialistic in its outlook, thereby reinforcing these Marxist /Leftist ideas.
