tough nut to crack

Reader comment on: Mounting Israeli Frustration Over Lack of Missile Defense

Submitted by Phil (United States), Mar 30, 2009 12:27

Israel like Fortress Europe during Hitler's reign has no roof over it. Sadly, its enemies know its vulnerability and takes advantage of it. The Proverbs tell us a wise man makes a friend out of an enemy. How one does this given the radical Mullah's teachings of hate is a tough nut to crack. Yet they are still called to try lest you become like that which oppresses them. It is difficult being pulled two directions. IE. Using lethal force to protect one's person and territory while reaching out to establish a lasting peace. I do not envy them their position.
