New technologies have already demonstrated that we can crack price barriers on gas from North Dakota and since 2000 there have been technologies available to bring non producing oil fields in California, Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Louisiana back on line.. perhaps even Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York.. It is call re pressurization technology. If we had funded 1.5 billion USD in Tarp funds for California to do this we would not NOT be importing foreign oil for the us market, and paying abt $2 a gallon at the pump.. You do everyone a disservice by not keeping up with what is happening in the petro industries.
