Debbie doesn,t say who enacted the community reinvestment act,well it was the Democrats under Jimmy Carter in the late 70,s if memory serves me correctly.How on earth do the authorities allow people who have no way of repaying their home mortgages,the loan in the first place?Simple ,the same left wing socialists who enact ridiculous laws that force citizens to tow the party line.If one cannot afford a home loan then get a better paying job to enable one to repay the loan.Capitalism is the way to go as it enables citizens to compete on equal terms according to their educational levels etc.In other words the best person for the job .Robbing Peter to pay Paul is the classic socialist ploy ,nothing new in this doctrine.
