minister of propaganda

Reader comment on: Israel at the Polls

Submitted by Samuel, Mar 8, 2009 05:38

Minister of propaganda for Palestine, Ben Wedeman, of CNN fame seems bemused, confused, astounded, puzzled, etc. that the Israeli voting public prefer the right wing Bibi Netanyahu in goverment now. Well Mr . minister ,why don't you go down Sderot and beyond and inquire from Hamas rocket launching thugs why they persist with this irritation. The left wing Kadima couldn't stop the Qassams from raining down on the southern towns, so let's give Bibi a chance to settle the issue. Also Mr. Minister, it's nice and convenient for you to report from Jerusalem, where there is unrestricted access to the media courtesy of Israel's free press, etc. Kindly do us a favour and go to Damascus, then Cairo to report on Gilad Shalit's whereabouts. Or maybe it's not quite your cup of tea, reporting from these exotic capitals of the Islamic world.
