So Bashar Assad of Syria is making threatening statements about causing a war with Israel .Why don't the Americans with the European Union tell him, in no uncertain terms, to stop this war mongering otherwise there will be dire consequences soon. It's all fine and dandy to hide behind the Iranian coattails, but sooner or later the Syrian regime will get what's due them. Without their Iranian masters they are weak and incompetent and provoking a conflict in the region will lead to his eventual downfall (Bashar Assad)
