Israel is surrounded by enemies, and should do what they need to do to survive. Egypt has been a wish-washy ally, sometimes supportive and at other times at odds. Sometimes it is necessary to take extreme measure, for instance building the wall, or maybe flooding tunnes to stop the weapons flow.

I put Iran in this category too, they are insane maniacs who will not listen to truth, reason, or compassion. There fore they are dangerous to the whole world!
