Lappen, as usual, brings her clarity to a subject that deserves our attention. Those who live in the clouds are dooming the rest of us to far greater costs and far less efficiency. Now that it has our (readers of this article) attention, let's bring it to everyone else's. This is probably already a cliche in the field, but it sounds as though this administration's plan is a Waste of Energy, rather than the Waste to Energy plan described in this article.
