Negotiating with Russia is like negotiating with Hitler. The Russians are power hungry, and fuel hungry! They will confiscate fuel from any nation, and don't hesitate in helping Dictatorial Regimes like Iran. I think Hillary's trip was a waste of time. When Obama scrapped plans for a missile defense shield, in Poland and the Czech Republic, he endangered the west too, because those shields would have stopped missiles before they reached US airspace. So much for strategy and brilliance in the Obama administration.
