I consider it a blessing it disguise that most oil resources are in islamic countries. Had they been with in the reach of the free society, there would not have been any control over its exploitation and free markets would probably have ensured very low prices for this priceless resource and increased pollution levels and carbondioxide levels would have spelled a death knell to the man kind.
