Rules should be put in place to identify enemies and groups.

International Law is the problem, because rules for nations who are under attack, by specific groups, Hamas, and Hezbollah, have not been outlined. Being politically correct does not identify the perpetraitors, and allows them to get away with attacks.
The media needs to identify them as terrorists, too, Not Enemy Combatants.
http://www.meforum.org/2173/islamists-work-the-system by Steve Emerson. The potential impact of Barack Obama's Cairo speech http://www.danielpipes.org/blog/2009/06/islam-in-obamas-cairo-speech says his speech would alter either perceptions of America in the Middle East or the broader fight against Islamic radicalism, asserting that it is "not going to change the war on terror." Islamic organizations in the U.S. will rejoice at the President's statements, particularly his call to relax scrutiny of the kind of Islamic charities that are sometimes used to fund terrorism.
Bringing terrorists to be tried in New York, weakens our legal defenses, and Terrorists to Thompson prison is Stealth Jihad. These policies could definitely deteriorate our Security.
Obama: As the Holy Koran tells us, "Be conscious of God and speak always the truth." Note the use of the "Holy Koran," a transition from the standard reference in Arabic, al-Quran al-Karim.
Islam has always been a part of America's history. This is among the weirder elements of the speech.
America is not---- and never will be------at war with Islam. 3,000 people killed on 911, 4 airliners destroyed, 2 towers, the pentagon damaged, the Cole bombing, The Marine Barracks in Beirut, Pan AM over Lockerbee, the (other WTC bombings - Abu Nidal,) the Ft Hood Masacre, Mombai attacks. We certainly are Not at Peace with Islam!
These groups are defeating us through the legal system, immigration, and the ballot box. If you can't identify the enemy, and call him a terrorist, how do you defeat him. I suggest that people know who the heck they are voting for in the future!
