Why does Abbas not recognize Israel? After 62 years, how can any leader not recognize Israel? Who does he think Israelis are, how can he speak with a leader he doesn't recognize. This is beyond absurd.

Why is this not in papers? Why has the US not demanded a full statement from Abbas?
