How about this plan, also “in its early stages and needs development”:

Qatar is handed to Saudi Arabia, its 2 million slaves freed, its sovereign wealth fund used to compensate the victims of the terror it has sponsored for 30 years, its gas revenues sent to rebuild Gaza.

Not too many people on the Hill can say, "I put country over party." Not enough people. @SenFettermanPA did & does. Bravo to him.

U.S. Senator John Fetterman @SenFettermanPA

It’s a sad day for our nation.

Our government shuts down at midnight.

I voted AYE to extend ACA tax credits because I support them—but I won’t vote for the chaos of shuttering our government.

My vote was our country over my party.

Together, we must find a better way forward.
