Mr. Altman is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Whiteford Taylor & Preston. Mr. Altman previously worked for McKenna Long & Aldridge following his graduation from graduation from Yale University (B.A., 1972) and Tulane University Law School (J.D., 1974).
