According to this Maan News Agency article, Palestinians youths in the West Bank and Gaza Strip are listening to a 1.5 minute rap song on their cellphones slamming both Fatah and Hamas. The song’s producer refused to reveal his identity for fear of retribution.
The song tells Palestinian leaders to either solve their problems or leave the Palestinians alone.
“Either you solve it or leave us… Mahmoud Abbas and Ismail Haniyeh, the Palestinian people are suffering from the civil war.”
The song derides the Palestinian rival parties and says that their dispute was over power, not Palestinian interests.
